It’s the shortest day of the year. I am rubbish at this time of the year with the dark mornings and evenings. However I try to be positive about the fact that from today the days will begin to get longer again and before I know it I won’t be getting up in the dark to go to work. Yes I know there’s a still a while before that stage but just knowing it’s on its way helps a lot’ believe it or not.
